Gabby reminded me a lot of Haley as a pup--just always happy and curious about everything--she didnt have an off button. Gabby is living in Austin TX with DaLeesa and her Aussie crew at Blue Eagle Australian Shepherds. DaLeesa trains Gabby in obedience, rally and agility--she has her hands full with Gabby!!! Watch for this girl in the all three venues in the coming year.
Obedience: Gabby made her debut in the AKC novice obedience ring Oct 2002--she earned her CD in just 3 tries. Gabby also finished her ASCA CD in May 2003.
Gabby received her 1st ASCA CDX leg June 2004 with a first place finish and earned the 2nd CDX leg in July 2004 with a HIT score. Gabby earned the final leg for her ASCA CDX title in Sept 2004. Gabby and DaLeesa made the trip to San Antonio for the AKC shows in July 2004 and came away with 2 legs towards Gabby's AKC CDX title. They completed her AKC CDX title in Oct 2004 with a 1st place and high in trail Aussie award.
Gabby and DaLeesa are also involved in drill team--they perform with other dog/owner teams at different events to entertain audiences--too much fun!!!
Gabby and DaLeesa earned Gabby's rally novice title in Oct 2006 with a 1st place finish for her final leg. They went on the next day to earn an advanced leg in Rally.
Conformation: In Jan 2004, Gabby was shown at a UKC trial and took BOB and a Group 2 placement. The judge just loved her, commenting "She moves like silk". Gabby took a 3 point major in altered ASCA conformation July 2004. In Sept 04 at the Indian Territory ASCA shows, Gabby was WB all 4 shows taking BOW at 3 of those as well as BOB under breeder judge Shelly Hollen. At the ASCA shows in Oklahoma over Labor Day weekend 2005, Gabby was awarded 2 RWB and another WB, BOpS for a 3 point major. In Nov 2005, Gabby earned her final major towards her A-CH taking WB, BOW, BOpS over specials--thank you DaLeesa for letting Gabby strut her stuff!!!
Agility: Gabby competed in her 1st ASCA/NADAC agility trial in Jan 2004. She came home with 1 leg towards her tunnelers, standard, and gamblers title---even placing 2nd in tunnelers and 4th in gamblers.
