Kindle is a gorgeous red tri dog from Haley's 3rd litter that we co-bred with Anne and Steve Shope of Legends Aussies. Kindle is very correct coming and going with beautiful flowing side gait. He just floats at any speed. Kindle really enjoys training and willingly does anything you ask of him. Kindle is co-owned and lives with Karen and Ed Keller of KarpeDiem Aussies. Ed is Kindle's best bud--they both enjoy training and trialling agility and also have started to train in tracking. In fact, Kindle was neutered in Oct 2006 in order that Ed and he could more readily pursue performance titles.

Conformation: Kindle is a multiple BOSp to his littermate Disney--taking this honor 3 out of the 4 times shown in ASCA during his puppyhood. Kindle made his debute in the regular ASCA ring in Dec 2002--he garnered RWD to a major under breeder judge Lori Acierto at just 6 months of age. Kindle took his 1st ASCA points out in Montana during July 2004 for a 3 pt major. He also took RWD that same weekend. After a weekend in NY at the WASCUNY July Sparkler 2005 with Kelly Bonilla, a friend and fellow Aussie breeder, Kindle is now just 2 points away from his ASCA CH. Kindle was RWD to 5 pts on friday under BJ Emmy Adewiscz. On Saturday in the AM he was WD for 5 pts under SBJ Paula McDermit (30+ class dogs) and Saturday in the PM he was WD, BOW, & BOB over a large and beautiful specials entry plus over 60 class entries under BJ Bruce Caldwell. In Kellys own words, "Being at the end of Kindle's lead feels like you're driving a souped up sports car!" Kindle finished his ASCA Ch at the March 2006 GSASA shows taking WD for a 4 point major under senior breeder judge Andrea Blizard. He went on to take BOB at the second show that day held by GSASA.
Kindle was shown at the 2007 ASCA Nationals in NJ in the altered breed ring. He picked up a premier award under breeder judge Heidi Mobley. Kindle never missed a beat--he showed like he had been doing it just yesterday.

Just to get his feet wet, Kindle made his debute at a little over a year of age in the AKC breed ring by garnering a RWD placement at the Nitanee Kennel Club show in July 2003 from the bred-by exibitor class. Kindle took WD and BOW at the Altoona Area KC show in Sept 2004. Kindle took back to back WD awards at shows in MD during Oct 2003. People were asking if he could move as well as he looks standing still--you bet!!! Kindle earned a 4 point major at the Harrisburg AKC shows in Apr 2005. The red boy is on a role--he took WD, BOW, BOB and a group 4 from the classes in June 2005 for 2 more points. Kindle swept the Nitanee/York AKC cluster of shows taking WD for 2 points each day--he never puts a foot wrong--what a gorgeous guy to watch!!! Kindle finished his AKC CH at the Northern NJ Aussie Club's supported entry show in Augusta, NJ with a 5 point major--wahoo!!!! Kindle took a turn around the breed ring as a special at our local AKC show July 2006 and came away with 2 BOB wins.

Agility: Kindle and Ed made their novice agility debute at our local club trial in May 2006. They came away with one leg in JWW and a 1st place ribbon. At their 2nd trial at Altoona, Kindle earned a novice standard leg with a 1st place finish. Kindle finished up his novice std title with 2 more 1st place finishes. Kindle just keeps getting the agility titles. Ed is running him in AKC trials while I am running him at ASCA trials. he is very responsive and easy to handle.
We lost Kindle to to hemangiosarcoma in August 2010. This is the same horrible cancer that took his mother Haley from me far to soon. Hard to believe the red head is gone. We had just run agility a month back at a NY ASCA trial. He was one leg shy of his open standard agility title. Rest easy, big guy......
